Sports columnist Jay Mariotti was a regular on ESPN’s “Around the Horn,” then last week he was arrested for suspicion of “felony domestic assault.”
ESPN had not made a statement or as little as a mention of the situation on the network until today. I was wondering how long it was going to take until they addressed considering that they jump on anybody else’s unfortunate situation as soon as it happens.
Interesting article about violence and basketball in Chicago. Scoop Jackson says the outdoor courts in the city are like ghost towns because of the violence and drug dealing that goes on around them.

It’s funny to me that Skip can tell Chad how he’s supposed to be on a team. The term “Self-Promotion” is so cliche to me in sports. Isn’t that what the most popular entertainers do? The lesser cats fall back. I think others should come on and WHORE Skip!
